Situated between the towns of Maidenhead and Henley-on-Thames, Marlow is about 30 miles west of London. It has a rich history that dates back to the Anglo-Saxon period. It was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Merlaue. Marlow has been an important market town and river crossing point for centuries.
Located near the High Street, Higginson Park is next to the River Thames and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Higginson Park was named after Sir Robert Higginson, a local businessman who donated the land to the town in 1926. The Park is wheelchair accessible and has several disabled parking spaces.
